- Galaxie 500 albums - recent list appearances
Tuesday, November 20th, 2007Galaxie 500 albums have recently popped up in a couple of meaningless lists.
The Guardian Unlimited has a list of 1000 Albums to Hear Before You Die that features an appearance from On Fire and the December issue of Blender Magazine has the "100 Greatest Indie-Rock albums Ever" that has Today slotting in at No.75 - Dean Wareham = underrated guitarist
Monday, October 29th, 2007No mention of the article on the Guitar Player website but apparently Dean Wareham is featured in a list of "The Top 40 Underrated guitarists" in the December 2007 issue. He shares the list with Robbie Krieger of The Doors and Mick Ronson which is decent enough company.
