A previously unreleased LUNA track is to be released on a compilation album called Guilt By Association on Engine Room Records. Thetrack is a cover of the Paula Abdul song Straight Up. Due forrelease on August 7th.

During 1994 Luna took to performing the John Lennon track “Hold On”. This version is from a 1994 KCRW radio session. The complete session is currently being seeded on Dimeadozen. John Lennon’s original was released on his first solo album John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band (1970)

I have to admit that I never really noticed Black Postcards as a stand-out track on Luna’s penultimate album Romantica. But live, on the band’s final tour in 2004/5 the song really came into its own.
